Directions:

  1. Mix only enough food for one feeding.
  2. Mix 2-1/2 cups hot boiled water to 1 cup Pinnacle (the water does not need to be boiling hot when added). This equals 3-1/2 cups of formula. Texture should be that of apple sauce or pudding.
  3. If a smaller quantity is desired, cut the ratio in half by adding 1-1/4 cups of boiled water to 1/2 cup of Pinnacle. This would equal 1-3/4 cups of formula.
  4. Or start with only 1/2 cup of Pinnacle and add water until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. Blend ingredients until smooth. It is important that the food has cooled and has ceased absorbing water. If the food appears too thick, continue adding water until the formula has stabilized which may take up to 5 minutes.
  6. Stir before serving. Remember, keep the unused Pinnacle food and all Goldenfeast foods refrigerated after the seal is broken.

    (verified owner):

I used Pinnacle on six babies; goffins, yellow head amazons and slender billed cockatoos. All did very well, no problem with crop motility-even with the slender bills which are usually difficult. Feathers were great on all, brilliant on the amazons.
Formula takes a little time to soak, I would presoak and refrigerate for next feeding rather than wait.
I plan to use it on greenwing macaws next, their color should be spectacular.

this is one of the best products that we have ever used in our aviary .. we used the hand feeding formula on our yellow nape amazon babies , double yellow headed amazon babies , cockatoo galah babies, blue and gold macaw babies , hyacinth macaw babies , love birds and african grey babies and never seen them healthier with perfect growing feathers ..
the second major advantage of this product it is easy to use , you can control the mixture to your desired thickness with easy steps
