Goldenfeast is available any time to receive your order via our website portal. We are also here to take your order by phone or fax during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office is closed on weekends and national holidays.

Orders placed Monday-Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, will be shipped the same day, if received before 12:00 PM (Noon). If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be shipped promptly on Monday.

When you provide an email address with your order, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is received. Please check your email after making an order to verify your receipt and call immediately if you would like to make any corrections. Once the product has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email that allows you to track your package.

If you are a commercial purchaser (pet store, online pet store or large volume seller) that would like to sell our products, please contact our office to discuss creating an account.

Payment

Goldenfeastdirect.com accepts PayPal, Visa, Discover and MasterCard. Credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.net.

Returns

An unopened shipment from Goldenfeast may be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. Your credit will appear on the credit card or account used for payment. Freight charges are none refundable, and return freight must be prepaid.

If your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, refuse the package. If a damaged package arrives in your absence, notify Goldenfeast immediately. We will arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up. Goldenfeast must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Returns due to carrier damage will not be accepted after that time.

Each container provides the date when it was packaged. After opening your container, keep it refrigerated to maintain the freshness.
